How does the office design process work?

We start with a site visit to understand your space and requirements, followed by 2D/3D layout planning, furniture and material selection, and finally execution and installation, all managed by our team from start to finish.

Can you work with our existing furniture and layout?
Yes. We can design around your existing furniture and infrastructure, suggesting layout improvements and new additions that work seamlessly with what you already have.
How long does a typical office design project take?
Timelines vary based on project size, but most office design and setup projects are completed within 2 to 6 weeks from finalized layout to handover.

What chair issues can you repair?

We repair hydraulic cylinders, armrests, headrests, tilt and recline mechanisms, wheels and casters, upholstery, and foam cushioning for most office chair brands and models.

Do you offer on-site repair services?
Yes. For bulk repairs or larger offices, our technicians can visit your location. Smaller repairs may be handled at our workshop for faster turnaround.
How long does a chair repair usually take?
Most standard repairs, such as cylinder, wheel, or armrest replacements, are completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on parts availability.
Is there a warranty on chair repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a service warranty covering the replaced parts and workmanship, with the exact duration depending on the type of repair carried out.
