4. Payments

Payments can be made via modes agreed upon at the time of order confirmation (bank transfer, cheque, or other accepted methods). For custom or bulk orders, an advance payment may be required before production or delivery commences. Chair Studio is not responsible for transaction failures due to bank or third-party payment gateway issues.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, order volume, location, and logistical factors. Chair Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including natural events, labour disruptions, or transportation issues.

Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect all items upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the product being in its original, unused condition and in original packaging. Custom-made, bulk, or specially ordered products are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7. Warranty

Chair Studio products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
